We use information to provide the social-media management features you request. Google and social-account access is optional, is used only for connected-account functionality, and can be revoked.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Videmak Agentic Social website, application, and related support services. It explains the information we process, why we process it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
2. Information we process
- Account information: name, email address, authentication records, workspace membership, and preferences.
- Connected-account information: identifiers, profile or channel details, access tokens, permissions, and connection status supplied by platforms you authorize.
- Content and media: drafts, captions, uploaded media, schedules, publishing instructions, and related metadata.
- Usage and technical information: device, browser, IP address, security events, diagnostic logs, and feature interactions.
- Support information: messages and materials you provide when requesting help.
3. How we use information
We process information to create and secure accounts; connect authorized social channels; prepare, schedule, and publish content at your direction; display account and post performance; provide collaboration features; prevent abuse; troubleshoot errors; communicate service information; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Google user data
Google access is optional. If you connect YouTube, Videmak Agentic Social may receive your Google email address, YouTube channel identifiers and details, granted permissions, and OAuth credentials. We use this data to identify the Google account and selected channel, maintain the connection, display relevant channel information, and perform YouTube actions that you initiate or schedule.
We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not access Gmail or Google Drive. We do not publish videos, modify a channel, or perform other channel actions unless you initiate or schedule the relevant action.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, security, analytics, communication, and payment providers only as needed to operate the service; with connected social platforms when carrying out your instructions; when required by law; or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Storage, security, and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, monitoring, and credential protection. No service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate, subject to applicable protections.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it is processed. You may request account deletion by contacting us. Following a valid request, we delete or de-identify information unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.
9. Your choices and rights
You can update account information, disconnect social channels, and revoke Google access through your Google Account. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise a right.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes and contact
